Access from the designated parking area is via a paved pathway, up four (Tre Dh‘goel) or five (An Nessa) steps to a veranda, from where the door leads into a small hall area with hanging space for coats.

The spacious lounge has comfortable upholstered seating, a coffee table, picture windows and television/DVD player with a Freesat box. A second external doorway gives access to the veranda.

The fully fitted and thoughtfully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and full-size gas cooker. Most common kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided, together with tea towels, a hand towel and oven gloves.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has upholstered seating around a central table.

The double bedroom conveniently offers direct access to the shower-room, while the second bedroom is a twin room with fitted storage areas. All bed linen is included, as is one bath towel per person.

The shower room has WC, basin and large shower, and two-way access from either the double bedroom or the passageway. A communal hand towel is provided.

Both caravans are fully double glazed, and have gas central heating. A fitted, manually operated gas fire is also available in the lounge area.

Wi-fi internet reception can be obtained in both caravans.

The veranda has panoramic views across the Cornish countryside, and is equipped with a dining table and four chairs. A bench seat provides additional seating, as well as secure storage for beach paraphernalia.

On-site facilities include a bar and restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, the latter offering excellent quality meals at very competitive prices. There is an luxury indoor heated swimming pool with steam room and spa pool, and a small fitness suite, while the adjacent 9-hole golf course, where a dress code applies, offers discounted green fees.

Both caravans are a five minute walk from the mile-long south-facing golden sandy beach of Praa Sands.
