1) The number of persons using the holiday property is not to exceed the number stated in the brochure and all persons including babies must be included on the booking form.

2) Bookings will not be accepted from groups of single persons under the age of 25 and all male parties.

3) If you fail to observe the conditions, the owner will have the right to require you to vacate the property at once without any compensation becoming payable to you.

4) Property must be left as you found it, otherwise you may incur extra costs.

5) A refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your holiday dates you require. The deposit is refunded after the caravan has been inspected. We hold the rights to hold/keep the deposit if the caravan is not kept to the terms above.

6) Full Payment excluding refundable deposit is required 30 days before your holiday is to commence. We hold the rights to cancel your holiday if payment is not received with required time with any notice given.

7) Pets are only permitted with the prior consent of the owner and where permitted are to be kept under control and exercised off the premises. Pets must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture Pets must not be left alone unattended at any time in the property.
